I’m an international fitness and wellness trainer with extensive experience training clients, including professional athletes around the globe at all levels, across many disciplines.
I have trained people for the last 20 years for both high level athletic performance and aesthetics, ranging from models to olympic athletes. Through my training programs I aim to bring my experience in performance based training to as many people as possible, helping them at whatever stage they are at on their fitness journey.
